Stir Fry Sliced Lotus Root With Fat Lean Pork

 

Putonghua : lian ao pian chao zhu rou


 
Ingredients

Lotus Root  200 g               Fat-lean Pork  150 g            Sliced Garlic  3 pcs

Sauce
Dark Soy Sauce  1 tbsp            Light Soy Sauce  1 tbsp            Sugar  1/2 tbsp          Rice Wine  1/2 tbsp

Steps
1) Wash and clean rotus root, cut into very thin slices, cut fat-lean pork into thin slices
2) Heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil, add in sliced lotus root, stir fry for 2 minutes, dish up
3) Heat wok with 1 tbsp of oil, add in slice garlic, fry for 1 minute, add in pork
4) Fry pork both sides until slightly crispy, add in sauce, stir fry quickly
5) Add in cooked lotus root slices, stir fry for 30 seconds, dish up and serve
