Stir Fry Sliced Fat-Lean Pork With Bean Sprout

 

Putonghua : dou yia cao fei zhu rou


 
Ingredients
Fat Lean Pork  150 g                Green Bean Sprout  150-200 g               Deep-fried Doufu Puffs  7-10 pcs
Ginger  5 slices               Potherb Chopped Red Pepper  2 tbsp

Seansoning
Salts  1/2 tbsp             Chicken Powder  1 tbsp            Light Soy Sauce  1 tbsp

Steps
1) Slice fat-lean pork into very thin pieces, chop doufu puffs into 2 halves
2) Heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil, add in ginger and fry for 30 seconds, turn into high heat
3) Add in bean sprout and doufu puffs, stir fry for 2 minutes, mix well and becomes soft
4) Add in salt and chicken powder, stir fry for more 1 minutes, dish up without sauce
5) Clean wok then high heat with 1 tbsp of oil, add in sliced pork, fry both size until crispy
6) Add in 1 tbsp of light soy sauce, stir fry quickly, add in fried bean sprout and doufu puffs
7) Stir to mix well, add in chopped potharb red pepper, stir fry for 20 seconds, dish up and serve


Remarks
tbsp - table spoon
Potharb chopped red pepper can be purchased in Chinese food market
