Spicy Chicken Shred Sichuan Style - Cold Dish

 

Putonghua : ma la liang ban ji si


 
Ingredients
Chicken Meat  350 g           Spring Onion  1 stalk          Chinese Parsley  1 stalk
Shredded Red And Green Pepper  each 1/3 pc (opton)

Sauce
Fine Peanut Butter  4 tbsp          Sesame Oil  2 tbsp          Red Chili Oil  2 tbsp          Sugar  2 tbsp
Cayenne Pepper Oil  1 tbsp           White Vinegar  1/3 tbsp           Light Soy Sauce  3 tbsp
Fry Sesame  1 tbsp         Salt  1/2 tbsp

Steps
1) Wash chicken meat, boil in hot water for 15 minutes until fully cooked, cool it
2) Use a wooded stick hit on chicken meat gently until chicken meat tendered
3) Tear the chicken meat into shreds, put on the dish surface, keep cool
4) Shred the pepper, spring onion and Chinese parsley, put on surface of the chicken meat
5) Mix the sauce well, pour on chicken meat surface when serve


Remark
tbsp - table spoon
If you don't like the taste of Cayenne, just not to use
