Stir Fry shredded Beef With Potherb Leaf Cabbage

Ingredients

Beef  300 g                 Green Pepper  2 pcs           Red Pepper  2 pcs          Ginger  5 slices
Sweet Sour Leaf Cabbage  3 leaves

Seasoning
Light Soy Sauce  1 tbsp              Sugar  2 tbsp              Water 2 tbsp

Sauce
Dark Soy Sauce  1 tbsp             Light Soy Sauce  1 tbsp              Sugar 1 tbsp
Water  3 tbsp                 Cornflour  2 tbsp           Sesame Oil  1/2 tbsp

Steps
1) Clean and shred beef, mix with seasoning for 30-60 minutes
3) Shred potherb sweet sour leaf cabbage, remove seeds them shred red and green pepper
3) Heat wok with 1 tbsp of oil, add in shredded cabbage and pepper, stir fry for 2 minutes
4) Dish up fried shredded ingredients, heat wok again with 2 tbsp of oil, in high heat
5) Add in ginger, shredded beef, fry until beef turn slightly brown, stir quickly

5) Add in fried ingredients, stir fry for 2 minutes in mid-heat, stir mix well
6) Add sauce and keep stirring 1 minute, dish up and serve
