Seaweed Soup With Hog Rib
hai dai pai gu tang  (Mandarin)

Materials    for 2 persons
 
Hog Rib     200 g
Seaweed     200 g
Ginger    3 slices   
Yellow Wine    1 tbsp
Salt      2 tbsp
Chopped Spring Onion    a stalk

Steps
1)   Cut hog rib into small pieces, then parboil by boiling water, for 10 minutes
2)   Heat pot with 1000 ml water in high heat, add hog rib and ginger
3)   Turn in low heat, add seaweed and yellow wine, boil for 40 minutes
4)   Add salt and stir well, keep heat for 2 minutes, serve
