Steps
1) Wash chive, then
cut into short sections
2) Wash beef and shred, marinate with seasoning for 10 minutes
3) Wash and drain green bean spout
4) Heat wok with 1 tbsp of oil, add green bean spouts and stir
fry
5) Add 1 tbsp of water while green bean spouts turn soft
6) Stir fry until cook, dish up and drain dry
7) Heat wok with 3 tbsp of oil, add shredded ginger while oil
is heat
8) Add marinated beef and stir fry for a while, add chive
9) Stir fry for a while, add in green bean spouts, stir well
10) Pour in sauce, keep stirring, dish up when sauce dry,

tbsp - table spoon
If salt is added to marinate the beef, it will makes
the beef hard and dry !!! |
